Dr. Case Van Wyngaarden is a dedicated diagnostic and interventional radiologist with a particular focus on musculoskeletal medicine and a strong commitment to encouraging healthy and active patient lifestyles. He is a distinguished alumnus of the University of Calgary, where he earned his Medical Doctorate, and he completed his rigorous Residency training in Diagnostic Imaging at the esteemed University of British Columbia.

Dr. Van Wyngaarden actively advocates for a multidisciplinary approach to specialist care, champions the development of cutting-edge medical technologies in alignment with clinical practice, and conducts research aimed at enhancing patient outcomes.

Dr. Sanjiv (Sonny) Bhalla received his MD from the University of Western Ontario in 1997 and completed his Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine Residency from McMaster University in 2000. He then went on to complete his Radiology Residency at the University of British Columbia in 2009. 

Dr. Bhalla is the Medical Director of Kinetix and has been a Diagnostic and Interventional Radiologist for the last 9 years, with an interest in Orthopaedic Medicine and Pain Management. Prior to that, Dr. Bhalla was a practicing Emergency Physician for five years, where he witnessed the debilitating effects that both acute and chronic pain have on an individual’s activity, health, and social interactions.

His goal is to improve pain management in acute and chronic pain using established and innovative techniques in the field of Interventional Pain Therapy.

Dr. Lalani is a native of Calgary and he completed his undergraduate training at the University of Alberta.  He went on to complete both a masters’ degree and medical degree at the University of Calgary.  Over the course of his medical training, he developed a strong passion for Women’s Health.  His residency in Obstetrics and Gynaecology was completed at the University of British Columbia.  

Dr. Lalani is a committed and caring physician whose clinical practice spans the entire field of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.  He has a special interest in miminally-invasive surgery and female incontinence surgery.  He has a passion for surgical innovation as well as academia.  

In his spare time, Dr. Lalani enjoys spending time with his wife Robyn and his three children Emerson, Eli and Gray.

He currently has two OB/Gyn practices – one in Vancouver (Crossroads OB/GYN) and one in Burnaby (Affinity Women’s Health).

He is already versed in aesthetic gynaecology procedures and is now expanding his aesthetic repertoire.   In his words, “I have learned that the confidence and self empowerment that my patients have gained from aesthetic procedures is immense.  It feels fulfilling to be able to  provide patients with that happiness.”

Dr. Sue Kim found her passion in Women’s Health and has been striving to improve the quality of life of patients for over 13 years as an OBGYN. She has technical tenacity and a wealth of experience in surgery, where she grew to understand that her every move had to be precise in order to achieve optimal results and better recoveries for her clients.

She brings that attention to detail into aesthetics medicine where her goal is to listen to clients, create a beautiful and natural result, and kick that confidence to the moon.

Shelaina Anderson is a sport and exercise medicine physician who completed her fellowship training at the University of British Columbia. Prior to moving to beautiful British Columbia, Shelaina completed her medical training and residency at the University of Alberta and was a competitive dancer on both the national and international stage. Her passion for “movement as medicine” is evident in her medical practice, as she often incorporates principles of clinical biomechanics and progressive loading into the treatment plans for her patients. She believes in a close working relationship and team-based approach for her patients and believes that a personalized approach is the most effective way to achieve each individual’s goals in their health journey.

Through her sport medicine practice, Shelaina has developed an interest in ultrasound-guided injections, myofascial release, and regenerative procedures to facilitate tissue healing and return to sport. She is always looking to expand her knowledge and expertise to provide more comprehensive care for her patients and is now providing neuromodulator therapy treatments in select patients coping with chronic neck pain symptoms related to concussion as well as chronic migraine.

Shelaina has also established clinical expertise in facial aesthetics after completing her specialized training at the Pacific Training Institute for Facial Aesthetics and Therapeutics (PTIFA). Through her aesthetics practice, Shelaina strives to achieve the most naturally beautiful look for her patients with careful attention to detail, the utmost professionalism and care, and thorough discussion of each patient’s personal aesthetic goals before proceeding with any treatments.

Shelaina is the Medical Director for Ballet BC and the Arts Umbrella Pre-Professional Training Program, as well as the Team Physician for Team Canada Women’s Field Hockey. In her spare time she enjoys dancing, hiking, skiing, and cheering on her home team, the Edmonton Oilers.

Andra is a Registered Nurse Injector with over 11 years of full-time experience in injecting botox, fillers, and other aesthetic procedures in Toronto and Vancouver.  Andra also teaches botox and filler injectables courses for the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine in Vancouver. Andra is known for her gentle touch, friendly but professional demeanor, and the ability to make clients feel comfortable.

Andra specializes in safe, natural results, and believes that injectables should refresh, rejuvenate, and enhance clients’ own beauty. She is constantly learning new techniques in injectables by attending courses and seminars taught by the world’s most renowned experts in the medical aesthetics field.

Liz is an Aesthetic Nurse injector and Clinical Educator for Prollenium, a Canadian-based filler company.

She has a keen eye for natural enhancements and preserving beauty, while recognizing that aging is beautiful. Liz is known for her meticulous approach and delivery of exceptional results with precision and artistry. She has trained under world-renowned surgeons and anatomists and is dedicated to continuous learning.

As a registered nurse for nearly 8 years, her passion for teaching has flourished through roles as a preceptor and patient consultations. Education has become a gratifying aspect of her aesthetics journey.

Liz’s practice revolves around a combination of ethical principles and evidence-based methods, ensuring that best results are delivered while prioritizing patient safety. She is truly passionate about the advancement of aesthetics, as she firmly believes that a well-trained and knowledgeable community of practitioners raises the overall standards of care.

Mary is a highly experienced Family Nurse Practitioner and Aesthetic Nurse Injector, boasting over 13 years of clinical nursing expertise. Her educational journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Northern British Columbia, followed by specialized training in critical care at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

Throughout her diverse career in intensive care settings, Mary cultivated a patient-centered approach characterized by empathy while upholding rigorous professional and practice standards. Continuing her commitment to education, she graduated from the Family Nurse Practitioner Program/Master of Science in Nursing in 2020. As a Nurse Practitioner, her focus in family practice revolves around promoting healthy aging and primary care dermatology.

Driven by the desire to enhance patients' well-being, Mary pursued additional training in advanced medical aesthetics at the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine. She believes in the integration of the science of anatomy and the art of aesthetics to elevate natural features and boost confidence. Mary's philosophy is centered on achieving results so subtle that the best injectables are virtually undetectable, ensuring a seamless enhancement of your natural beauty.

Harpreet is a registered nurse under the College of Registered Nurses and Midwives of British Columbia. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the British Columbia Institute of Technology and further specialized in the perioperative setting. She has gained experience in a wide range of nursing fields but her passion for aesthetics and anti-aging has led her to develop and pursue her career as an Advanced Nurse Injector.

Harpreet’s view on anti-aging includes multiple components. She loves developing uniquely tailored treatments designed to address the specific needs of her patients. She is passionate about the art of various injection techniques and utilizes a well rounded approach so that the face is enhanced in the most natural way. Her philosophy aims to turn back the clock by delivering natural looking results so that patients feel confident, refreshed, and rejuvenated.

Grace is a highly skilled and experienced Laser Technician and Medical Aesthetician at Renue Med Spa. Grace's extensive training and certification in laser technology make her a trusted professional in the field.
